My name is Holly, and I am a fully qualified Sports Therapist where I studied at the University in Worcester and graduated in 2025. Throughout my degree I showed a great interest in sports massage and stretching, rehabilitation, injury prevention and assessment. I have always had a passion for helping people and supporting them through injuries whether that be the small things that come and go or the big things that have been bothering them for months.

Alongside my job within CHJ Clinic, I also work part time at Aylesbury rugby club where I attend weekly injury clinic’s and provide pitch side first aid during weekend games.

I have always considered myself a sporty person and keeping myself fit with my new interest in running and going to the gym in my spare time as well seeing friends and family.
